Springs plate forming , clips and other stampings can be produced using either multi-slide or press tooling. Our suppliers have in house tool making facilities and can provide high quality, low cost, precision tooling. We can provide springs and clips from hardened spring material or from annealed (soft) material and then harden and temper after forming. We can also supply recoil springs, constant force or negator springs, volute spring and single torsion springs also known as tube clips.
Product Introduction

The Springs plate forming should be designed with a safe stress at the solid height so that it will not take a permanent set. The drawbar can be made from any grade of hard-drawn wire, as they are quite strong if made with the same diameter of wire as used in the Springs plate forming.
